Welcome to Business Over Tea (the “Platform”), a private, invite-only circle for founders, business owners and decision-makers, and an initiative by Nuvanta Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your request to join, your membership, and your use of the Platform. By submitting a request for invitation or by using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our handling of your information as described below.
Business Over Tea is curated for founders, co-founders, business owners, partners, CEOs, managing directors and active decision-makers running real businesses. Membership is granted at our sole discretion and is not open registration. We may approve, decline, or revoke membership at any time to protect the quality, trust and confidentiality of the circle.
The Platform is not intended for job hunting, sales pitching, aggressive networking, MLM promotions, or “introductions only” activity.
To be considered, you submit a request for invitation providing details such as your name, email, mobile number, country, city, company, role, industry, team size, LinkedIn profile (optional) and a short note. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current and your own.
Each request is reviewed by our team. If your request aligns with the circle, you will receive an invitation with a secure link to set your password and activate your account. If a request is not approved, it does not reflect on your standing and you may be welcome to reapply in the future. We may limit duplicate requests using your email and mobile number.
Before an invitation request can be submitted, you must verify your email address. We send a one-time passcode (OTP) to the email you provide; you must enter that code to confirm ownership of the address. The code is time-limited (currently valid for 10 minutes), may be limited in the number of attempts, and is single-use. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for any request submitted after verification.
Once approved, you set a password via the secure link we send you (the link is time-limited for your security). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal to the approved member and may not be shared, sold or transferred. Login may require additional checks (such as a captcha) and your account must be approved and in good standing to sign in.
As a member you may create and maintain a single business profile, including your business name, industry, size, website, location, description, logo, banner, gallery images, offerings and contact information. You control whether your profile is public within the circle and whether your contact information is shown. Published profiles may appear in the member/business directory and, where you choose, via a shareable profile link.
You agree that all profile content is truthful, lawful, and that you hold the rights to any images or material you upload.
Members may publish offers to other members (for example discounts, free consultations, trials or bundles). Every offer you create or edit is submitted for administrator review and must be approved before it becomes visible to other members. We may reject an offer and provide a reason, and you may close or reopen your own approved offers. Offers must be genuine, accurate, honoured as described, and must not be misleading. We are not a party to any transaction that results from an offer.
Members can send and accept connection requests and can request another member’s contact details. A member’s private contact information is only revealed after that member approves the request. Do not use connection or contact features to spam, solicit, or contact members for purposes outside the spirit of the circle. Respect a member’s decision to decline a request.

Conversations and gatherings are confidential by design — “what’s shared in the room stays in the room.” Details shared privately with the circle, including venue locations and other members’ information, must not be disclosed or used outside the Platform without consent. Breaching confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal.
We collect and process the information you provide (such as your invitation request details, profile information, uploaded images, and account data) to review requests, operate the Platform, facilitate connections, and communicate with you. Contact details you mark as private are shown to other members only with your approval. We apply reasonable safeguards to protect your information and retain it for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
By using the Platform you agree to receive service messages by email and in-app notifications, including verification codes, request status updates, connection and contact-request activity, offer notifications, and other operational messages. These are part of the service and are not marketing.
The Business Over Tea name, branding, and Platform are owned by Nuvanta Group Ltd. You retain ownership of the content you submit, and you grant us a limited licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Platform for the purpose of operating the service (for example, showing your profile and approved offers to other members). You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
We may suspend or remove your access, unpublish your profile or offers, or decline future requests if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or act in a way that harms the trust or safety of the circle. You may request removal of your account by contacting us.
The Platform is provided “as is”, and membership, connections and offers are facilitated but not guaranteed. We are not responsible for the conduct of members, the accuracy of member-provided content, or the outcome of any introduction, offer or business dealing between members. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvanta Group Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising in connection with the Platform shall be subject to the competent courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
